best spaghetti yet!
Do you have a Trader Joes near you? If so, and you are in the mood for spaghetti and a very economical meal try this! Add Trader Joe brand spaghetti pasta to boiling water and cook to desired texture. Simmer Trader Joe brand Tomato and Basil Marinara Sauce in skillet with one bag of Trader Joe brand frozen Italian Style Meatballs. There are 13 in the package and they are soooooooooo good!
Cover the meatballs in the sauce; sprinkle in desired amounts of basil/garlic seasoning and onion powder and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain pasta and blend with sauce and meatballs in skillet. Pour mixture in round casserole to warm in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until your rolls are ready!
This was absolutely the best spaghetti I've made in a long while. The Trader Joe brand of these items was top quality and everything tasted as if it were homemade; the total was $6 for tonight's meal for 4 plus we have leftovers for tomorrow night. Can't beat it!

Ah, shucks! No Trader Joes anywhere near me - NE Kansas. What type of place is it?
My father loves the mac and cheese. Its good, but its gritty, powdering, ???? something. Any idea what I did wrong? Surely it isn't the flour. I added more pasta then suggested as it looked like I had more sauce then needed. Do you think it could have been the cheese? I haven't given up, the taste was great, but the texture wasn't right. I'll try it again after a while.
Loving your recipes.
