Classic Potato Salad

What's summer without potato salad? This recipe is yummy!

Classic Potato Salad

6-8 good sized red potatoes, cooked and cut in quarters with skin on!
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs
paprika

Boil potatoes in salted water until done. Cool and set aside.
Mix next 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add potatoes.
Add chopped up eggs and onions; mix well.
Sprinkle paprika on top.

Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Your recipe sounds pretty flavorful! I never thought of adding green onions, but I sometimes add capers. Horseradish is another ingredient I like to add.
